Key QA/QC Principles
- Implement project-specific Inspection & Test Plans (ITP)
- Ensure strict Material Approval & Submittal Control
- Conduct systematic inspections at all stages:
- Pre-activity inspections
- In-process inspections
- Final inspections and handover verification
- Maintain a robust NCR System (Non-Conformance Reporting) with corrective and preventive actions
- Ensure calibration of testing equipment and adherence to approved standards
- Maintain traceability of materials and work records
- Promote “Right First Time” culture to reduce rework and defects
