Fahmi Al Mahrizi – Founder

Eng. Fahmi Al Mahrizi brings 20+ years of experience in engineering and manufacturing across construction and oilfield fabrication with a strong project management background. An entrepreneur since 2010, he has led engineering enterprises with a strong foundation in technical excellence and operational leadership.

Jan Basha – Projects Director & Senior Civil Engineer

Collectively, the leadership team brings over 47 years of experience in RCC and steel structures and multidisciplinary project delivery. Strong expertise in project management, tendering, cost control, and business development.

Aseem Ahuja

Experienced Construction & Contracts Professional with 32+ years of international experience across Oman, UAE, India, and the UK. Expert in delivering large-scale building and infrastructure projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timely execution.

Noorain Jan Basha – Contract Manager

Over 15 years of experience in contract administration, budgeting, scheduling, arbitration, and resource management. LEED Green Associate.

Manzoor Ahamed – Senior Construction Engineer

Over 20 years of experience in RCC and steel structures, interior fitouts, and MEP services, with a proven track record in building and infrastructure delivery.

Arhan – Utility & Drainage Engineer

Experienced in sewerage and stormwater networks and infrastructure coordination, with strong documentation control and AutoCAD proficiency.
